I'm saving for these wheels for my tc! I need your guys' opinion. I like the way bronze looks with SSM, but do you think it will look good with my CF hood? Let me know what you think!

Oh yeah, if you want to help me meet my goal of $600.00 for the set, you can donate a dollar to my paypal!

ixisilverstarixi@aol.com is my email for paypal...

Im at $150.00 so far, every little bit helps!

i'm not a huge fan of bronze rims, but those rims are nice.
make sure to check out the buyer/seller experiences, wheelamx hasn't thrilled too many people. just thought i'd throw that out there. thats if you're getting it from there in the first place.

yea, I've heard a few things about wheelmax. But nobody else carries these wheels. (went to my guy and he said all he can do is order from them). When I do order them, I will make a phone call versus ordering online.

But my main concern is if you guys think it will look good with CF. I've seen these on a SSM and its one of the cleanest tc's Ive ever seen. But Im not sure how it will flow with my cf hood and b-pillars.

post pics of any cars you might know with similar set ups...

Personally, I don't think bronze rims look that hot on an SSM. The 2 colors kind of clash. BUT, it may look decent if you add some bronze touches to your tC. (Like painting the emblems and calipers bronze.) In the end though, it really shouldn't matter what we think. It's YOUR tC and you should "wear what you dig." (<--That's a 'Boogie Nights' quote for you. )

i'm a noob to wheels, so pardon the ignorance of my question, but will your wheels be as concave as the image posted with an offset that will fit the tc?

yes, i'll be running a +35 offset. Im not sure if that pic is the EXACT rim that will fit my tc, the actual set I buy may be a little more/less "concaved"

I like the wheel... but not the color. I feel like bronze is one of those colors that just doesn't go with everything... like SSM.

This is one that I've been looking at lately...

Not that I can afford any set of wheels right now anyways... hehe. But either those or the Borbet Type LS on TireRack - but I know the Enkeis are about 3 lbs lighter than stock... so that would be preferable.

Im going for the unique look so-to-speak. You dont see bronze on SSM every day. You do see black or gunmetal or polished/chrome etc... But rarely bronze. I've seen it on 2 or 3 cars in person, and I love it. It definatly grabs your attention!

i dont really like the color with ssm, and i dont think that design flows well with the car... if you like them though. then do it. but then your cf hood is yet another different color so might be hard to match.

I think it looks fine. And yeah, gunmetal wheels became popular on SSM/CSM. I think bronze is next in line.
