what kind of wheel polish should I use on my stock rims until I can get some new ones?

You can use regular wax, or any polish basically, or there is this stuff called Wheel Wax if you really wanna get technical

clean the wheels with simple green or maguires hot wheels then use some spray wax with a microfiber cloth, you could buy wheel wax, but normal wax on a stock wheel works fine
