What offset for 225/40 18x8's?
I am looking to get 225/40 tires with 18/8's and am wondering what offset to get. Also would like to get lowering springs but i have ZPI exhaust so is there any chance for this? Thanks for your help.

I had 225/40's on 18x8's with 40mm offset (hotchkis springs) and it rubbed terribly. I had to get rid of those tires and go with 215/35's. I no gap and it looks good, but not much protection between the road and the wheel....
That being said, I agree with the above opinions- 35mm offset.
