Will these fit my TC?

I am thinking about getting some 19" MSR088 black wheels for my white 2006 TC, will they fit without rubbing? And what tires would you recommend I get?

On second thought. If anyone knows of any wheels that are black, with a deep lip and dont come out in the center let me know what they are. thanks!
