the price is quite justified with the purchase of forged wheels. The all so evident rule of tuning applies here, you get what you pay for. Sport Maxx, Axis, Konig, and Motegi (from my personal experience) are like freaking butter and dent and crack so easily.

My volks cost about double than the rest I have had and have been worth every penny. They are freaking SOLID.

my personal opinion is..

all these high price forged wheels are damn nice and all.. but they are way over the top for a street cars.. especially a tc. i mean.. come on.. wheels that cost 1/5 the price of the car itself??? is that really necessary?

i mean if it were a BMW or some high priced sports car or luxmobile.. then yeah.. it's justified.. but this is a freaking tC people.

but then again.. i want some too.. so.. lol

you're car rolls on wheels... with ____ty wheels your car will ride ____ty. if you break a 1 piece wheel you have to buy a whole new lip and such. break a 3 piece wheel you buy the different pieces. 3 piece forged wheels are much stronger and much more durable than any one piece wheel.

Why is it justifiable for a bmw if not a show tC worth more than a bmw?

if you're a show car.. then that's something else entirely. But if you're just a daily driver.. you don't NEED 3 piece forged wheels. you don't NEED all that strength just for the street. In fact.. it would even be wiser to get a forged one piece if all you're worried about is strength.

most people who run bad ___ wheels on daily drivers.. is all about the ego anyways. it's about bragging rights, and showing off.

 

you have obviously never driven in worcester... I need all the strength i can get on these roads...
