Default ddm complaint

Has any one ordered from DDM tuning before? i orderd on March 8, on March 10 i received an email from DDM saying it's been processed. Everyday I have been tracking from USPS.com and they said it's being shipped from china but it haven't been moved since the March 12.

Updated:
March 8th - Purchased
March 10th - Processed by DDM
March 11th - accepted
March 12th - Processed through sort facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA
March 18th - I opened a help request from them to track package through their website. this is their response:

Hi Li,

Thanks for bring this issue to our attention.

I just tried to track your order on USPS' website, and this package does seem to be experiencing a little bit of delay. We will inform our Shipping Agent right away. Normally, they should be able to speed up the process within 1-2 business days. If you still don't see any update by then, please let us know again.

Thank you very much for your business. If we would assist you further, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Sincerely,
Zoe Lu
DDM

Replying to this email will update and reopen the ticket. Please do not change the subject of the email when replying.

March 20th - Processed through sort facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA (again??)
March 24th - I called again to complain. saying it's been 16 days since I ordered, it's been 13 days since it's processed, and it's still sitting in their warehouse in China. They said a supervisor will call me back by end of the day. No have has called me back yet.

this is why I never ordered from them again, I don't mind waiting on carriers but when the company itself takes more than 2 days to ship out that's when they loose me as a costumer.
DDM tuning has always been on my bad side.

you won't see the tracking move for a few days. usps won't be able to track until it gets stateside. yeah, TRS is better but you got that kit for dirt cheap so you get what you pay for as far as service goes. once you finally get them in, they should last.

all of my headlight stuff is from TRS, but the old DDM ballasts I'm using for my fogs have been pretty solid for the past 2 years.

be patient. ive ordered several times from them. the funny thing is that it will say its still in china for several days then all of a sudden it arrives at your front door.

When DDM first started out they had different shipping options and would be much faster. Recently, they only provide one shipping service, that is something that I dislike.

I have a Ddm tuning close to where I work, can't beat their warranty, not bad for price. I've had mine a couple of years both in my heads and fogs, no issues yet.

Depending on the tracking number, sometimes you can track a package from China through this site. I've used it a couple times and it worked. I track the package using this until it was stateside, then I switched to USPS.

Nevermind I had to actually register and make an account....

Does anyone know how reliable these slim ballast hid kits from DDM are? Maybe its just because im new to these, but $42?

I have had a total of 5. Not a single one has had a problem for me and the oldest one is about 4 years old now of constant use. One was a 55w about the same age. All the bulbs are the ones that came with the ballasts too with out an issue. I have had one pair of Philips ballasts and bulbs, bulbs were great and they heated up fast but the dam ballast didn't even make it half a year without dying.

I could just have dumb luck

Yeah, the shipping takes forever with them. That's why I won't get a 55w ballast again, the 35w they have at stores so I pick them up.

because if it was the 35w kit i wish you knew me some before ordering it because id have no problem picking it up for you and shipping it over so youd have it by now. because the products are solid, but there international shipping sucks

Contacted usps today they confirmed today what was mail to me on the way is an "international letter", not a package. It doesn't weigh more than an ounce.

Seriously????
