He isn't near one. For people on the integra site I'm a part of I usually just pick up for them and ship to them to avoid the hell

Product finally arrived but one of the bulb is doa. Fml

Now I have to submit a RMA and its going to take them another month to replace the bulb again?

That is correct. They'll make you send them the product before they initiate shipment of the replacement.


TRS just asks you to describe the problem and then they send you a replacement immediately. I had a ballast replaced by them. They sent a new one and just asked me to send a pic of the original ballast with the cords cut once it was taken out.


It's all relative though...getting what you pay for.

The bulb won't take nearly as long, they have those at all the shops so they will most likely send from one of those and be normal shipping. Not a month.
But yeah, TRD rocks for that stuff. Had a broken harness and they sent me a new one. Which I have and still need to instal and give them the old but they are relaxed about it and not down my neck

HIDEXTRA.com. ordered a set from them, had them 2 days later. much better than the ddm kit it replaced. Almost no comparison in terms of color and brightness/ consistency in the beam pattern.
