make a less awkward front bumper, and make the rear bumper have a great diffuser, the stock bumper has a little diffuser so make it more aggressive on the kami rear bumper. and make the fitment perfect!

Rear lip spoiler that doesnt look as bulkie as the factory option.

The 2nd gen tC has a boxier look than the 1st gens. so a flat bottom to the front bumper would be nice, enlarge the size of the lower middle grill, and flare out the side grills... OH and definately remove the emblem holder!
I agree with DaveDave on the rear and then just make the sides match...

As mentioned before, the car now has a more angular look and I believe that the kit should reflect this as well. Kaminari did good continuing the flowing body lines of the 1st generation tC.
I would like to see the return of a reverse cowl induction hood. It doesn't have to be the same. Maybe a set of symmetrical double vents.
Also, on the front bumper, I agree with Wellesley, large lower opening. AndvI would like to see long vertical air dams in front of the tire fender wells.
As for the spoiler, I would like to see a pedastal style spoiler, but not real bulky. I do not like the factory lip spoiler at all mainly because it is to bulky for what it is supposed to be. Proportion is everything when you are trying to balance the looks of a car.
And as dave stated, fitament is everything when you are trying to show off your kit.

Can't wait to see what yall have in store as a final product.

Overall, I absolutely agree that the Gen1 kit "style" is out the window with the angular lines of the new body. I was actually discussing this with the boss man yesterday. Some vague details thus far are listed below! KEEP THE IDEAS COMING GUYS!

I believe that we are specifically looking to make our front fascia ready to accept and compliment FMIC set-ups, so the larger/taller front opening is part of that design. Also, the possibility of proper foglight/brake duct openings like many of our other kits...

The wing will likely have a few options, a true "subtle" lip spoiler as well as multiple versions of a pedestal wing like the Gen1.

Rear diffusers are likely going to be larger than the factory bumper cover.

The reason I disliked the 1st gen kaminari was because it was so extravegent and so different. Dont take this personally, but I showed the front bumper to some of my friends and they either said ricer or it looks weird. I cant really help you, but possibly go for a more aggressive look in the front end.

I like how the factory bumper sort of sinks the headlamp in the corner next to the front grill. Not sure if this would help with the aggressiveness of the front of the kaminari kit, but may also be an option for the rear. But also may make the car look too bulky. Just a thought, but definitely worth looking into.

i say you make a lip kit.... you have some for other cars but only full body kits for the tC. i think you'd have more luck with a clean lip kit. and make a rear diffuser.

Agreed. Lip Kit > Body Kit.

Haha I officially stopped modding my tC a couple months ago. I'm planning on a 2gen tC next summer depending on the release series. Or something else but idk what I would get. I'm very partial to scion

How have you been? How's the civic?

I've been pretty good man. My GF just had a baby girl 2 months ago so I've been really busy with her. My civic is running pretty good. New motor in it. Build K24 bottom end. Not finished with it yet but had to put it on hold for a bit.

I just noticed you have a PSN account listed in your profile. I'm gonna have to send you an invite on there. OK well Im gonna get to work now though so I'll hit you up on PSN tonight or something.
