IMO getting Lambo doors would actually be practical since I hate how wipe they swing, giving it a greater chance to ding the cars parked next to you, but more importantly, scratching your doors' edges!
I've see them done on the 1st Gens, but if you actually attempt this, you might be the first to add Lambos to the tC2. if anything, that is a good reason to try IMO.

haha I agree with XerotC the doors are huge and that's probably the number one reason I wanted to.
Only problem with Delorean doors is the weight put on the roof would probably be tooo much.

donno how seagull wings would work seeing how we have an all glass roof. i would imagine you having to weld strong steel down the middle for a pivot point, changing the entire chassis of the car. then again, lambos would require heavy modification as well, all the more reason for bragging rights if you can do it.

I've thought about this before, in the end I passed and just park far far away from other cars in the parking lot. Walking is good exercise anyway. The only kit I ever considered was the GTFactory weld on that gets the door vertical 90*, I wouldn't have considered any kit that didn't.

I vote, loose weight and squeeze between the Ford Excursion that thought that they could fit in the eco car parking spot next to you. And isn't there usually some sort of clearance issue with the door next to the front quarter panel... just sounds like more trouble than its worth for the end product, but hey... if you wanted me to spend your money, I guess you would have paypaled me...

Ultimately, it's your car and you'll do what you like.
That being said... I find them tacky and impractical. You can put that money to good use elsewhere (read: suspension) and dramatically improve the look of the car in a practical way.
