Will it blend: 2010 (and prior) spoiler on Scion tC 2011?
Hello folks,
I'm curious if anybody has tried the earlier spoiler on the second generation tC. I find the 2011 spec spoiler to be just too under-stated. It's pleasant but not enticing in the least. Don't get me wrong -- it's a lot better than nothing, but the 2005-2010 spoiler is more to my liking and I'd love for it to work out on the 2011+.
Somebody out there must share this opinion and/or have determined if the older spoiler works on our cars. Fess up. ;)
If it doesn't fit perfectly, would it be practically feasible to make it fit, or are the lines all wrong and it would look awful, even if it fit? I haven't taken precise measurements & whatnot, not sure of the curvature of our car's behind & such, but anyway I think you see what I'm getting at by now.
Thanks guys for any help you can provide.

Yep -- our car is a little too wide for it to work out. I won't waste any more time on this endeavor then. Still wishing some enterprising individual would figure out how we can get the Toyota Zelas spoiler. That thing's pure, unbridled magnificence. Alas, I don't think acquiring it will be easy.
Everybody I talk to says the North American spoiler design looks good to them. In my opinion, it's better-looking than most of the aftermarket spoilers out there right now for the second generation tC. I might go this route after all, even though it's a bit boring. It can be had cheaply enough on eBay.

Once processed, "Celica TRD SportsM" given the spoiler.
In America, "Tsunami Edition" is.
I do not know if the 1st tC spoiler arrives.

It is too narrow for the vehicle, aesthetically speaking:

That's why I'm going with the OEM spoiler.

Personally I think they're both horrible, but that's just my opinion. The OEM one looks the best, Celica looks 2nd but it's a bit to narrow for the car so it looks forced on there from some angles, and then these 2 are tied for worst cuz I would never put either of them anywhere close to my car
