Anyone interested in an NST Crank Pulley?
NST Crank Pulleys are very popular with the Scion xA, xB, xD, and tC crowd. Those of you who have/had a first gen tC know these pulleys. You may own a set, or know of someone who has one on their car...

Anyone with a second gen tC interested in a pulley for their new Toy?!

Thank you for the feedback so far guys, please keep it coming.
Let me give you a little info to wet your appetite!
The first gen tC crank pulley is about 60oz, and the NST one is about 14oz.
In most cases the NST version will free up 5-8hp and will provide these gains across the entire RPM band.
In comparison, the second gen tC crank pulley is almost 70oz.
If we can manage to get the NST pulley down to about 14oz, we should be able to see better gains than what was freed up on the first gen.
Stay tuned ladies and gents!

NST: Not sure whether I'll be in the area Tue or Wed, but definitely want to swing by your showroom if you'll have me. I may have to wait on the pulleys, but at least I can ogle your other products.
You have a beverage of choice I can bring to perhaps grease the skids?
Thanks!

I'm in if they would be made from 2024-T351...when would they be available? Not sure if I want the red or the gray though...
Can you make them out of 2024-T351 for me instead of the 6061-T6 junk? I'll want the water pump, alternator and crank pulleys...

Wouldn't 7075-T6 be a better alloy than 2024 and 6061 for these applications? 7075's cheaper than 2024 too

Actually no…7075 is too brittle for this application. 2024 has much better fracture toughness than 7075. Under such dynamic loading, 2024 is a much better choice. 6061 is only used for weldabilty...you sacrifice LOTS of strength if you need to weld it.
