i had to be somewhere when the intake came in... so i only had limited time to do it... plus its a cluster f**K in that area where the pipe will run through, so i have to find a new mounting spot for my HID ballast and fix all the wires...

Got Stillen to price match an online price of around $250. No shipping fees, since I poked it up from the shop in Tustin, Ca. Ask for Kenny. Tell him Jon sent you

snjTC, that looks pretty damn good, pretty enticing to get one myself but gotta wait for my short shifter and exhaust to come in before I get too hasty and put in another order.

now that we got the pics, it's time for some videos! :D

ordered the TWM short shifter. I believe they're starting to ship them out next week. it reduces both throw and height and also relocates the neutral position.

Yes so remove before going o the dealer and NEVER use the cai in rain. Learned this last night and had a potentially bad situation

What happen last night? In my 05 I had a cai and never had a problem. I took it the dealer and they had no problem with it.

Every dealer is different and some will note it and void your warranty. Worked at toyota and they tried making ppl pay for everything if there was a part. And water came through a small area on my splash gaurd on to my filter after I was avoiding all puddles and any way water could get there and my filter was wet enough to the point where my RPMs were revving by themselves. I took off the cold air section and converted it to a sr then wiped off my filter and it stopped. Too much water gets to it on the 2011 because of that opening. It had pooled underneath my filter and I think the water was messing with my maf reading so it did not know how much oxygen was coming in causing my rpms to fluctuate because it was technically miscalculated by my ecu.

Hm that's good to know. makes me think twice about ordering the CAI. Might just opt for the SRI and not worry about it much.

Honestly id go short ram if it rains at all in your area. I noticed no difference at all between the sr or cai as far as power goes. And let me know when you do cuz I might have some deals going on ;)
