Ohh.. the problem i had was that i needed the car immediately for school, so i was worried i wouldnt have time to learn. Big mistake! I could have learned it in one day, and have it down packed in less than a week! Then i would look like a boss driving manual lol

I play the song "Like a Boss" by The Lonely Island everytime i get into my car. Then I play "Everyday I'm Hustlin" by Rick Ross to humble myself into remembering that I have a mortgage, two car payments, college loans, electricity bill, water bill, health and car insurance, day care fees, cell phones, and an overloaded credit card...

Anyone else notice these three things?? When shifting into first you can't just take the shifter all the way to the left and throw it into first.. Its just a little to the right, almost like its off center. Also the throw from first to second, if not perfectly straight down u can easily miss second gear... Again like its of center....Lastly the throw from 4th to 5th if your not careful and you go to far to the right the bottom of the shifter I.e. the little cup hits the shifter cage! My clip almost came undone. Anyone else notice this??

I think you need to adjust the clips that hold the cables on the shifter.
You can move neutral position of the shifter side to side and front to back by shortening or lengthening the two cables.
I just did this on a Cobalt SS/TC with a TWM RL shifter, it seemed a little out of alignment with the shift gates. Turns out there were special instructions in the back of the included instructions for adjusting the cables.

I ripped everything apart and noticed that the plate that the pin and spring are on was put on backwards...... FAIL! Readjusted... luckily twm gave a extra push pin and everything is great.. Will post full review later on.. Going to go dynamat now!

^ i was considering that but i was sorta lazy and was like 'eh prob not gonna ever need to switch it out anyways...' i did consider leaving the pin on without the push nut since it didn't seem like it would budge since it did take some hammering to get it out in the first place.. but i put the push nut on anyways. thing is impossible to take off though, you would think they would manufacture a bolt with a long shoulder for this application...
