Here is a quick video on how I removed the oil filter on my 2012 tC.
I hope this helps those who are doing it for the 1st time. Its very easy if you have the right tools.

it's just the filter inside that need to replace? or you can replace the whole thing?

You only replace the filter that's inside and the 2 gaskets, The white pick is used to pinch the bottom of the housing so the oil can drain without causing a big spill. I did not use it because its very time consuming, I was careful not making a mess Here is the picture of the filter, 2 gaskets and pick:
