I thought that when I first got the exhaust too honestly. I have grown to love it though and it doesn't really seem that loud anymore even without the silencer. Give it some time before you make a decision!

I can't wait to hear it in combination with the CAI I'm installing this weekend.

Have one of your buddies drive it and just stand there and listen for a few passes. It sounds a lot worse inside the car... but it is loud.

I have them both in my baby Opulence.
They run good together. I hear the SRI in the front and the exhaust in the rear.
It sounds great when it drives by.
Performance gains... yeah.. no idea. It feels quicker... but, then again, who knows what we perceive.

If you're going for pure noise, that would be the combination...heck the Weapon R SRI would probably be even louder.

I say if you are going to spend the money on an intake, you may as well just get a CAI and grab the extra couple horsepower.

It won't be quite as loud, but it will still sound very good...I get a nice throaty sound from under my hood at WOT that I can still hear with the Tsudo exhaust humming.

I really wish I would have installed the intake first so I could better hear the sound difference the intake makes...oh well...
