Weapon-R SRI

^I think the angle I took the picture makes it look huge because you can't see the gap between the battery and filter.
how long does it usually take for the ecu to 'learn' the intake after resetting it?

From Weapon-R:
"We made the intake off a 2011 Scion TC. It has been running ever since January. We did the Dyno and it made 7hp and 8tq."
Also asked for a dyno chart, but still waiting on a reply from them.

btw with weapon-r's foam filter, it makes a whistling noise when you push down on the throttle

^yeah sound clips plz lol. i have the exhaust installed so I don't know if mine even makes noise. I do hear a whistling sound at certain throttle levels which I believe is due to the fact that it's a foam filter from what I've looked up. good to see another WR-sri
did you also happen to get a 'ram air kit' from weapon-r? I have one but I'm not sure how to install it without removing the front bumper

Sounds like your having fun. I guess their design of the filter is a lot different from what aem or injen makes. AEM and Injen uses strips vs weapon r uses foam and tornado styled design to give you that wirling and whisling noise.

Nice vid, way to throw your phone to the winds for the forum LOL
So I'm not asking you to pull the intake apart again, but how did it look on the inside? As you may have seen the Injen has that odd tube near the MAF, just curious to know how the Weapon R is configured.
...now of course that was hella loud with the phone in the engine bay, but behind the driver's seat, how do you like it?

Inside the intake there's a tube for what they say is for a 2nd flow of air. And it starts from the beginning an goes to just before maf sensor then it's just your normal intake I guess to the filter.
Inside the car.. Love it. You can still hear the deep sound and you can feel it in your pedal. I say if you wanting to get a short ram.. Get this one.
