Weird Clutch sound
Hi,
2 days ago i started hearing a sound when i release the clutch pedal on neutral.
It sounds like the clutch on my 95 acura integra with 160k miles on it.
When you press the clutch pedal, it goes away, as soon a I release, the sound is back. I think it was related to main shaft bearing on my integra, I'm wondering if anyone else hear that sound with heir tc2. it is 6k miles now.
I'm thinking on getting this inspected...

It sounds like a used rollerskate bearing :D
when you press on the clutch pedal, the sound goes away slowly, like the bearing rotation is slowing down until is stops.
When releasing the clutch, the bearing start turning again and the sound come with it, if i press the Gaz pedal when the clutch pedal is released, the sound will increase with the rotation of the engine, seems to be a bearing between the crankshaft and the clutch.

Went to the Dealer, they inspected the car.
It's a bearing inside the transmission that sound like if it was 150k miles.
They will replace the bearing and inspect the transmission under warranty.
They say they almost never saw this in the past...
The car now have ~6k miles.
