Default Affordable 2ARFE connecting rods!

Look no more! We have commissioned Molnar Tech to make some for the community! Yet another Dezod first for the Scion community.

More info:
http://www.dezod.com/pd-molnar-technologies-h.cfm

Comes with ARP2000 bolts too.

Who's ready for some more boost?

Is that $400 for a set of 4 rods or for each rod for a total $1,600 for the engine?

We will have pistons available very shortly as well.

Ideally for building a bottom end you want:
pistons
rods
bearings
main studs

Wow! Very good! You guys are even using the right material...I would have chosen 4340 for the rods too...and shot peened also! If I where building a turbo motor, I'd be getting these.

You can do a hot swap motor or build yours.

We can build you a short block with a core supplied. Our specs are proven on countless high HP Scions.

Installing a short block, my guess is probably 12 hours....You may want to quote the shop you have in mind for more specifics.

Hot swapping is having another block built on a stand and then once complete, dropping that in to have no down time other than install and de-install.

Bearings are going to be the tough one due to crank, piston and rod variance from the factory. There is a choice of three different bearings to chose from per the factory service manual. So OE might be the only option at this point.
