Turbo for TC2
Andrew,
how long will it take to install the turbo once you have all the parts necessary, plus exhaust. Is it something that can be done in a day? Just wondering how long I will be without my car.

With all parts in stock. Install with tune, on average takes two days. One day for full install, and one day for tuning. This time frame is subject to change if you would like additional parts installed. ie " Upgraded clutch, fuel pump, and water/meth ect ect" I am more then happy to quote anyone on servicing or answer additional questions about the Tc2 kit.
Thanks Drew

^^ you dont "need" gauges to be able to run the kit I think most people (including myself) prefer to run them to be able to monitor that evrything is working the way it should. A turbo timer is just nice to have, I myself dont run one yet for now I just let the car cool down for about 3 mins before I shut it off.

As for the turbo timer, again, MDTC is right. Can let the car cool down for a couple minutes, or if you forget a lot like I do, don't beat on the car when you're close to your destination. Drive it under boost.

If we put the kit into production, most likely the battery tie-down and tray will be part of the kit.
We are still debating on releasing the exhaust, unless we have enough interest with deposit commitment, from let say 10 people.
If you wish to see the car in person, please do so before the end of this week. We will be delivering the car to Lustine Toyota/Scion dealership by the end of this week.
Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING
