Thank you everyone for all your patience. Also, thank you to those who have purchased the kit and providing us with great feedback.

All pre-orders have now been shipped. We now have 2 complete kits left in stock.
We are continuing to build these kits so that we have them in stock.
This will allow us to meet the demand and eliminate any back order time.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

I have to say when I saw pruning kit for tc2 I smiled. I've seen the work you guys have done on s2ks and your work is top grade. ..
If you guys wanna see some off the top work check out their s2k kits on s2ki.com.

Are you guys interested in selling certain parts of kit? I ask because I have spare turbo parts lying around.

I don't think we sell any parts of the kit separate, unless it is to a customer who already purchased a kit and is in need of a replacement part ( because of a collision, for example). Last thing a company
wants to see, is a knock off version of their manifold sold on eBay a year later because somebody bought one and shipped it off to China to be duplicated in poor quality.

I understand your concern about that, but it would never be my intention. I just have a Turbo motor lying around that I could use my gt2860rs and maybe the IC. Thank you for your response

Actually, we have no problem selling components of our kit, such as the manifold, custom battery tray, etc. As long as customer fully understand that we can only provide fitment support on our complete kit. When component of the kit is purchased separately for a custom setup, customer must take fully responsibility on fitment issues.

If you are interested in components of our tC2 turbo kit, please PM me for pricing and availability.

Best Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING

does the battery definitively have to be replaced to fit the piping? I have an OEM Battery, and two PC680's. It would be a pain to buy a 4th battery.

The battery does need to be replaced with a different unit, To work with our kit.

To those who already have the kit set up, which exhaust system are you using?

And to those who are planning on getting the kit (or are just daydreaming ) which exhaust would you get?

Any theories on the effects of something like the Descendant 2.5" catback vs. a GReddy 3" catback? At which RPM ranges & whatnot?

All the 2.5" would do is restrict the airflow in the mid and upper RMP's, resulting in restricted HP and TQ

Yeah I'm aware of the superficial theory, but we know that facts are sometimes different, i.e., many people report larger exhaust diameter resulting in reduced mid rpm performance -- those experiences are from folks without forced induction, however. What I'm looking for is something other than a recitation of conventional wisdom. Rather, let's think of a graph showing torque at various rpm's. Three lines on this graph. One line being 2.5" diameter exhaust, the other 2.75", the last 3". Just making stuff up, let's say 2.5" beats out the rest at 2500-3000rpm, 2.75" is top dog at 3000-4000rpm, and 3" is king at 5000rpm+. For someone like me, who wants this as a daily driver, I'd take note of the performance of 2.75" and probably go with that diameter.

Now those numbers were all made up. Does anyone have the experience and knowledge to visualize such a graph in their head and then make a suggestion from there? Based on real knowledge, experience, etc.

It's asking a lot, but hey, questions are free. ;)

Currently, we are offering the billet tray for the pc925 battery with the kit. However, we do also have the billet pc680 tray available if there is a demand for it with the kit.

You guys wanna here some crazy chit? The car pulled 33MPG with all hwy driving!!! Now this isn't to say that I never had my foot in it but it was 98% hwy with a couple of "spirited" passes and 3 or 4 city fly-by's. This thing is starting to loosen up and settle in.
