PTUNING: 2011 Scion tC Turbo Kit (Available to ship)

I'm as guilty as anyone since I read about it here on SL first. IIRC Cory first told me about it since I was too lazy to read the manual...
Now someone with a TC2 needs to check their owner's manual!

I just checked my XB2 owner's manual and turning off TC and/or TC and VSC is fully detailed in the manual, pages 111-115!

^since we dont have Dsport Mags TC1 dynojet numbers from the very same dyno, it cant really be used as a comparison.
im taking ptunings dyno as a better comparison since they have dynoed both in very similar conditions (being theirs is indoors and climate controlled)
you cant deny they are in a better position to compare dyno numbers, which means the tc2 is not underated.
again, no sense in arguing since i will never own one and even if it does have 200+ crank hp (like everyone seems to believe) its still slow, lol
looking forward to boosted numbers to make this bad-boy quick!

By holding down the traction control button for about 5 seconds and waiting for the VSC light to come on you can pretty much get rid of all computer/driver interaction.
With all the safety features turned off you can,
-Brake Boost
-Do gnarly e-brake 540's
-One-wheeled burnouts for the ladies
-AND race V6 mustangs for pinks
Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, you guys should really try it

Sorry for not being able to update this thread as often as we would like.
We have been so busy with the release of our new S2000 turbo kit, with building the new Genesis 2.0 turbo upgrade kit, and the tC2 turbo kit(s).
Like the tC1, we are aiming to release both the Spec-SS and Spec-RS version of the turbo kits for the tC2.
Believe it or not, but we actually designed the Spec-RS version manifold first before doing the Spec-SS version.
Hopefully, if time permit, we will get back on the tC2 turbo kit and have something prototype and tested very soon.
Mo, if you are ever in the area, please stop by with your new Camry. Let us compare the layout with the tC2.
Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING
