PTUNING tC2 Future Products "Gauging Interest"
Hey guys:
We at PTUNING our contemplating producing small performance products for the 2011+ tC2. We would like to see what kind of interest there is in the Scion community before we put this project into production!! In addition we would like everyone to post/comment on which items they would prefer us to make, and why??
The following is a list of products we our planing to make.
-Billet Oil Cap
-Billet Battery tie down for OEM battery
-Billet Light weight battery mount kits "That will utilize a Odyssey PC925 Battery, and a Odyssey PC680 size battery."
-Billet Front Motor mount (Street and Comp inserts)
Parts we plan to make further down the road
-Turbo back exhaust " possible one that will utilize a cat as well."
-Axle back exhaust
-Engine hooks and tow hooks.
-PTUNING spec Rear sway Bar
Again all comments on future products are welcome. Thank you for your time,
Drew

Oh yeah and green billet fuel cap. Always opening the fuel tank up for refills.. plenty of witnesses at the gas station.
And an aluminum tube to replace the OEM rubber one that goes from TB to filter box. Since the TRD uses a stock-like setup might come close to the performance by removing the snorkel, changing to K&N drop in and swap out that tube leading to the throttle body with a lighter and smoother one.

Of the list these are the ones I would want the most.
But some type of dress up engine bay stuff thats functional would be cool too, like a heatshields and what not.

I saw that a couple of people subscribed to this thread for the pictures. So I thought I would post up some pictures of what we have developed so far.
Thanks Drew

As of now the only other product we looking to make for the tC1, will be an Adapter pipe for our turbo kit. We have decided to develop this product, so customers do not need to run our exhaust when they purchase our turbo kit.
But the more interest, the better for tC1 products.
Thanks Drew

The battery tray will allow you to run a smaller lighter battery. It's ideal to reduce weight for racing. It's also a nice show piece for those what simply wants something different than the stock battery look. Lastly, it can be used to make more room to run a turbo setup (ie. intercooler pipe routing, intake, etc.)

Is there a negative effect to switching to a smaller lighter battery?
Would this be available for a stock battery?
What colors would be available upon production?
