I'm familiar with the ability to change the sound mode in the TC1 stock unit but am wondering if the stock Pioneer unit in my 2011 tC has the same ability. Is there a way to change the preset mode to 'tC", "xB", "xD", etc?

As an aside, any other useful features/easter eggs in this generation head unit?

yes there is...if im not mistaken the radio has to be off and u hold ssp button and ull get subwoofer option, welcome text option, and modes

When the radio is on hold down SSP button and options will appear on the screen. Use the multi selector to run through the options
