Default Auto window roll down and up?

Hi guys, I've been searching but so far I haven't found anything. I wish I could replace the window buttons for the ones on the tC1 for the auto down and up option. Is there anyway I could do this, switch them one for the other? I know many alarms include this feature but I wouldn't like to install an alarm cause for what I know so far, there is none that will integrate natively other than the one toyota offers, with the keyless entry on my tC2.... Any suggestions? Thanks

yes thanks 202 I saw that in your build, but thats what im skeptical of, because I dont want to add an alarm because of the push to start in mine. Im almost sure it wont work flawlessly, but if it does, can anybody confirm? Somewhere in SL there's an RS7 with a viper I believe and he was having difficulties with it so.... dont know but thanks for the reply anyways

i think you may only have to buy the module and wire it into the window switch, search around to confirm. I asked the place that installed mine and they said it should work without the viper alarm. its only like $50 and if it doesnt work you can return it

I've been looking at window consoles on ebay and was wondering if I just swapped the passenger side switch with another drivers side, will it work?

nop, haven't bought it yet, cause I'm researching to see if the camry buttons will fit in it, cause they look similar and have the auto down up function.

'10 and '11, they had all four windows full auto, 2012 uses the same switches as ours, only auto down on driver, i'ma try and take them out so i can take them to a toyota parts retailer and compare to see if they would be perfect fit

I ordered a 530T from Amazon the other day. Anyone recommend a shop in the Tacoma, WA area that will install it?

Hey guys, so my audio shop and I have been doing some research on how to make this work. Sadly I can say that the viper unit only works with the alarm. The research is still on going so I don't have a solution yet but as soon as I do I will let you guys know.

Went to the toyota parts retailer and they told me that for me to check that i have to buy the part but electrical parts have no return policy so im tryng to find someone with inside access or an iQ owner who can let me test the switch on my car. So for for now im doing my best but its on hold.... Wah wah wah

hey devan, have you tried the '08 switches? I think I'll buy the 530T module and try to hook it up by myself, it seems to be the cheaper option, unless yours works. let me know
