Rear View Cam hook up?

It's a pain to get to but it's worth it. If you have big hands like me expect to curse a lot but once you tap into it you will be jumping for joy.
On the tC2 take of the panel on the left side where the hood release latch is
Look way back there you will see 2 wiring harness. The top one you will see the red wire. The red wire is your trigger.

This was the single most frustrating modification I've ever had to do to a car. almost 2 hours later, I finally got the f****ng wire tapped into it. Partly my fault for not checking the actual wire tap for which side which wire goes into.... yes, I had the red wire on the blocked side so I was trying and trying so hard to get the clip to close... fml
But yes, jumping for joy when I put it in reverse and the screen came on and said to check my surroundings! The actual camera hookup will be waiting for another day. It's going to be raining for at least today.
Thanks Creepur!
