Default USB not working

So I just picked up my 2011 Scion tC and as soon as I got home to test out my Ipod I found out my USB plug was not working. I've tried numerous of Ipod cords and even straight flash drives. No power is coming through the plug at all. Any quick fixes or do I need to have my dealer take a look at it?

im sure youve done this but have to ask. after the ipod was plugged in, did you hit the usb/ipod button on the radio? after the car shuts off it defaults to the radio. if that doesnt turn on the i pod, i would just take it back in.

Yeah I've tried just about everything, button on the unit doesn't recognize the Ipod at all. I am going to assume that the dealer forgot to plug the USB into the head unit thanks for pointing me in the right direction with that thread.

My dealer also forgot to plug it in. About 10 minutes of work and I did the job myself -- I'm sure you'll have no problems figuring it out.

-Update-

I went ahead and pulled the dash panel off and un-bolted the HU. Took out the HU and eventually found the USB cord disconnected and plugged it in. Sealed everything back up and it all works perfectly.

IDK what I would do if that USB hook-up was not working. AHHH!
