Default window question

alright, so i know some people have added windows mods meant for aftermarket alarms to allow BOTH windows to be auto down

i was wondering if anyone has looked into a way to actually do an auto down switch. if im not mistaken, which i very well could be, the auto switches just have another position that allows it to send power long enough for it to roll down. just curious if you could install a new switch with that extra down position to accomplish it

i think it could be a bit complicated cuz you may have to make a timer or counting or switching circuit so it actually stop sending power when the window is all the way up.
i doubt it would be only a switch....relay at the least

hows that i-throttle? my roomate just got it 4 his corolla and keeps buggin me to get one since my engine is SO much bigger than his lol

allows you to make the gas pedal waaay more sensitive. makes it much more fun to drive. just makes you burn through gas quicker. def fun though

Could you get a driver side window switch from stealership or somewhere similar and wire it up in the slot for the passenger side window?

From the research I've done and what I've seen on other toyota and scion wiring manuals, you would need to replace the passenger side window motor because the way the switch works is by sending pulses to the motor which interpret it as auto up or auto down. One da I will look into buying a second driver window motor and seeing if it can be modded onto the passenger side.
