No I didn't, I have been thinking about the Spoiler but I think I will wait and do that myself if I decide I want the Scion one.

That's cool. I ordered the Scion fogs and the Scion spoiler (in yellow, not black). I'm considering looking in to getting the touchscreen headunit too if that's possible, but I might just hold off. Bluetooth and HD is just fine with me. Lol. I already ordered my interior LEDs so that they're here when the car gets here. Big plans for both of us it sounds like!

Has any seen the Scion door appliques?
I am curious if they come in black, so I could put them on the bottom of the two doors. I think that might look better than stripes

I have ordered mine on the 30th of July.
They have no idea when they'll get the car, I was told mid-August.
Just ordered Fog lights with it. I plan to add HID kit to it.

Please don't get the strip please. Its going to ruin the look of the car. When Scion released the RS6.0, they totally ruined it by adding a strip on the side that said 6.0.
It looked so much cleaner without it. I say forget the strip. A carbon fiber hood would be pretty cool though.

Yea the stripe idea has pretty much been ditched. I haven't found any that I like. Although I do like the RS6 stripe, I think that look good.

ok so i have decided on the following:
-Injen CAI/SRI
-TWM Short Shifter and Shifter Bushings
-HID Kit (not sure which one yet)
-Window tint (probably 20% or 30%)

as far as the springs go i can't decide between the Tein S-Techs or the TRD springs? I live in the Northeast and want the drop of the S-Techs but i don't want my car scrapping on the roads especially during the winter. Anyone in the northeast with S-Techs that can chime in??

I'm just curious to why people care so much about what they put or don't put in their car?

haha I know I know, but it doesn't give the car a big enough drop, I might end up going down that path anyway. I am getting the TRD sway bars though ;-)

I have the RS 5.0, ditched the TRD springs it came with for B&G adjustable coilovers. Independent height adjustment separate from preload and adjustable dampers, and can get the car low like I want,
I feel much better than the TRD offering (which the adjustable coilovers is re-badged Progress coilovers), also B&G has lifetime warranty. I vote adjustable coilovers, Fortune Auto seems promising
but still need more people to get in the group buy to happen.

Oh I don't care, just don't like Tein. Don't understand why so many people like them. Every set I've ever seen are rusting and falling apart (coilovers).

I've had them once and they were the worst spring I ever owned. Had them for 6 months and went back to stock. No, it wasn't the ride, it was the garbage handling. So much bump-steer it was awful! I don't wish that on anyone.

But why sways if you just want to go low? The car wont sway when its dragging pavement...

Just saying, your burning your money if you plan to lower the car a lot and then expect the sway bars to help the "sway" or lack there of. Remember, lowering springs are designed to lower the center of gravity and stiffen the cornering of the car. If you lower too much, you start to adversely affect the geometry of the suspension and handling is actually compromised. Adding sway bars at this point wont help at all.

Just saying. The sensation that low street cars handle well is false. Some sway is really good as it allows you to load your tires.

Use sways as a tuning tool, not just because they exist.

Just trying to save you some coin!

Can't wait to see the RS!
