JUST DROPPED a few minutes ago! #389 which is an AUTOMATIC. ours came with a few accessories though: bumper applique, carbon b-pillars, a/w mats and lower body graphic which is hideous on this yellow color....

P.S. I actually want to see someone do some kind of racing stripe...I'm thinking about it cause my friend said it would break up all that yellow on the quarter panel. hMMm

Hmmm... Quick question if the RS is delivered to the dealership w/ those extra few unplanned accessories, does that count as part of the normal RS package price, or would the dealership add the extra costs of those accessories to the total price?

you can't exactly take it off of a car once its installed right?
from what a dealer told me.. they can order the car to have the options installed to however they want.. just so they can make a bit more off of each car...
Every dealer works differently... can't really tell you how they'll negotiate with you...

Just picked it up. Holy crap is all I can say. I love the color and I ended up making a last minute change to put the black spoiler on after seeing the car in person. I love this car. I'm still getting used to the dimensions and blind spots but I love it. The electric power steering is great.
A big thanks to all at Wellesley Toyota. They were great to work with and did not get mad when I pestered them about the car :p
Pics to come tonight.

engine
I'm picking my RS this coming Saturday, but just had a quick question.
Is the engine supposed to be without any cover?
It almost looks like factory made a mistake and forgot to install something.
I remember reading somewhere on SL that Scion decided to not include engine cover to sell it as an accessory.
Can someone post pic of their engine compartment? Thanks.

On another note:
I'm in heaven with this car. Its nice to drive but also fun. I cant do much with it yet because I want to take it easy for the first 500 miles. A big part of the fun to drive factor is the interior for me. This car just has a fun interior. The sound system is great and having ipod/volume controls on the steering wheel is the best. It's also nice to not be worried about breaking down. It has about 77 miles on it now, picked it up yesterday with 5

I love how minimalist mine was, it came with only the TRD lowering springs, exhaust, and shift ****.....though I'm probably going to replace the shift ****....does anyone know of aftermarket shift ***** that fit the 2G tC? Mine was number 304!!
