Thread removed per the rules. If they want to become a sponsor, direct inquiries here: autoadvertiser@internetbrands.com

Once they are a sponsor, I'll restore the thread since it was pretty lengthy.

Whoops! Sorry didn't mean to break any rules! I was just trying to create a group buy to help other people out, which was done before here:

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...group+buy+****

Is there a way I can make a group buy without becoming a sponsor?

That should not have been allowed either. Whoever is profiting needs to host the group buy. And if a company stands to profit by advertising on here, they need to pay the sponsorship fees like the rest of the companies.

Ok that's good to know! We'll keep this to a gauging interest thread then! Is it ok if I post a link to a page about it on Facebook? Or is that too much advertising-ish

This is what the rules say:

Anyone (including manufacturers, sponsors, and regular users):
- may create a new topic to start a discussion of a product (not to sell a product) in the relevant forum once
- may not include discussion of sales in a topic that is not in the Sponsored Sales forum -- discussion about sales must be redirected to a topic in the Sponsored Sales forum (a link to the Sponsored Sales topic is fine)
- who sells the product may state the suggested price (MSRP) in a non-Sponsored Sales topic, but nothing lower, including specials, discounts, or sales -- questions about pricing must be redirected to a topic in the Sponsored Sales forum (a link to the Sponsored Sales topic is fine)
- who does not sell the product is welcome to mention retail pricing of any retailer
- who sells the product and is not a sponsor may NOT provide a link to any website that sells the item or offer to sell the item privately via PM or email
And based on that I think it would be ok. If I find out otherwise, I'll post it.

MyScion2013 - Personally, install took me just a little over an hour. Super easy install! They might make a video on how to install them. If they don't then i'm sure I can find a video on YouTube with instructions.

o TaGGeD o - They will run on the TC1, but I'm not 100% sure if the rings will fit exactly or not. They were cast to fit the TC2 rings which have a very exact diameter. You could find a TC2 and see if they have the same diameter rings around the headlights!

Stankyrice - yes Ofcorse you can purchase a Japanese universal kit online, but it will not fit exactly on the TC2 low beam ring. These are American made and were cast to exactly fit the TC2 low beam rings. They have a very exact diameter, I believe it's 93.1mm. You could try a universal Japanese kit and try to get it to work, but I definitely wouldn't reccomend it! It will not fit flush and may not run well or be bright.

Count me in..... In additon, I'm a local in the area so if they need a test mule for the fit/video I will volunteer my ride bro. Lmk
