Any problems with your tC2?

Ever since I bought my 2012 tC about a month ago, I feel like 2nd gear doesn't engage properly. It feel like there is something grinding even when the clutch is depressed all the way down. It thought it would go away since it is a brand new car but it is still there. is 24. 3 mpg a general average for this car? I've been driving like a granny but still my best has been 24.7 mpg. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've never owned a M/T so I'm not sure if its normal, but when I use the car for the first drive of the day, I always feel like there is some sort of buzzing in the gears from 1-4. :/ Once the car is all warmed up and after driving on the Hwy. I dont hear it anymore. Is that normal?

The tranny is cheap in this car. I have owned mostly manual tranny cars for 20 years. This is the worst one I have ever experienced. Summer time it acts fine. When the outside temps are colder than 50F, it hates to go in 1st and 2nd until it warms up.
Got a new problem on mine today, driver and passenger floor board is soaked by the firewall. My first guess is the a/c drain line is either clogged or unplugged under the dash. I have not looked yet, have to work nights all weekend.
Drain line was clogged, the a/c blower housing was almost full of water! The fitting for the drain tube was clogged. A quick poke with a small screw driver fixed it. Never did see what was clogging it.
