"Blue Sleeper" Project by DSPORT (Round 3) FIVE AD Ons
My 2012 Nautical Blue tC 2 project officially started.
As you may recall I bought the car back in August 29th.
Since I did quite a few projects in the past, I knew that the tC will not be an exception.
Leading Import Performance magazine DSport it's in charge of the festivities.
First round of mods where focused on oil, intake and exhaust improvements.
For that purpose Eneos Sustina 0-20W synthetic oil was selected alongside TRD cold air intake and Greddy RS catback exhaust system.
An independent dyno shop was selected for the parts install and the before and after dyno runs.
The entire task on hand was done on October 21st.
Baseline dyno runs with 3880 miles on the odo and factory oil, delivered 180.8 FWHP and 179.7 FWHP.
After oil and filter been replaced by the aforementioned oil, increases between 1-2 FWHP and 2+FWTQ been obtained at the subsequent dyno run, netting 181.9 FWHP and 181.9FWTQ.
Next the TRD cold air intake was installed and after dyno tested the increase was a net 2.7FWHP and 2.6 FWTQ netting184.6 FWHP and 184.3 FWTQ with some areas in the midrange showing a larger increase.
Finally the Greddy RS stainless steel cat back exhaust system was installed ( note that this particular system is ideal for high output normal aspirated mods or forced induction, due to a large pipe diameter).
Upon install, dyno shows a 5.3 FWHP and 3.4 FWTQ increase for a net of 189.9 FWHP and 187.7 FWTQ.
Overall, modest but solid gains been obtained considering that factory intake and exhaust are quite efficient.
The fun just began!
The full report is featured in the current issue of DSport Magazine.
Here are some pics, and before and after dyno graph.

Wth? Why are my dyno papers saying I only get 145whp and all other ones I see doing 180whp?! Is it because it's an auto or maybe the Eco light was on? Or maybe it because it was 90 degrees outside .. Or Is my Car just f'd up?

No 2 dynos are the same
Use each one as a basemark, that's

Yep, that's PCH( city of Huntington Beach).
PS : I'm not driving the car (it's Jeren from DSport).
Hard to answer that question.
It could well be the reasons that you stated plus probably something going on with the dyno set up.
