Update time!

Short story, but I didn't do as well as I'd hoped. Two reasons: A. I shouldn't have gone out the night before (doh!) and B. The sways will take some getting used to!

But, I finished 4th in class and 19th overall regardless. Car has a lot of capabilities still that I have yet to unleash, but the biggest thing is the sways are definitely noticeable! The car has never before been so easy to push past its limit. Now, a quick couple of flicks and the car wants to throw itself right around. Saved it a few times, but ate a cone or two as a result...in the side of the car!

So, for now, here are some pics until I get the videos edited. I have a good one showing the work of the suspension for those of you considering sways/springs from TRD.

Great video man and i really love the new TC2. I was woundering if you have the spoiler and mudflaps for performance and protection or just cuz you like what it adds to the body style of the car?

Very nice! Very smooth through the course. Seemed a little slower than your other videos though. Was that because you were getting used to the sways? Just curious. We all know you're faster through the course than I would be!

The mud guards are on because A. they give protection and B. they actually do look good with the big wheels/tires. As for the spoiler, I think it just looks damn good!

It was slower...Run 3 was like 58.8sec and run 7 was I think a 57.7sec. My best was a 56.3sec I think. I'd like to blame the sways and my lack of experience on them, but in reality, I went out the night before for a friends birthday and was having a pretty rough day outside of the car lol.

But I will say, the car will snap now. I lost it twice sideways before I starting figuring it out. The sways make it a very different drive. Going to take some practice!

I still think you need to drive up here to Canada and come to a big event! Come on, you know you wanna!

It actually was a GoPro 960 with the solid back cover. For some reason its always loud. I even emailed them on it and they said that it has to be mounted close to the car to cut out the noise. It doesn't work. Shoots awesome video though!

Haha… Well I want to start Auto Xing too, it just looks so fun. Your whole build is just flat awsome and I think the best on here. I just ordered TRD springs descendant exhaust spoiler and mudflaps and by the look of yours, I cant wait to install all of it. Keep it up man!

Event didn't go so well. They had a setup - dj, bbq but I believe I was the only 'real' customer. A few guys came from other dealers and I told a friend to come along but he was told to leave when he told them he didn't buy the car from there... just kidding

But yeah it was only the 2 of us. Good thing you stayed home ;)
