First and Foremost I want to seriously thank Marcus for featuring me on the front page.
I honestly never thought my car would be worthy enough to be featured on any website, let alone a huge Scion forum like this.

As for the car, not too much has been going on lately...
The only thing I did was take a trip to Home Depot for some bolts and washers to make what I like to call my "Ghetto License Plate Relocation Kit" haha

And doing that finally let me take off that Plasti Dip that was getting pretty old.

And doing that let me get my favorite picture so far



Now I will just continue to tinker with the car and Mini Me but I want to actually try to take a break from my junk buying spree. I think my next big investment should be something sound related

And as the cherry on top I won 2nd place Scion at Import Face-Off yesterday. This week has been a good week

 

Awesome win, are there going to be any other import shows in the east Texas area anytime soon? Me and a friend in Shreveport (Very Northwest Louisiana) are looking to go to some! There aren't any here )=.

Thanks for the info, i might be able to make it all the way to Houston, its a 5 hour or so drive from here, but it might be worth it. Any idea of how many cars are going to be there or anything

Nah my car isnt at the level to bring it to a show like that, id just be going to look. For a show that big then i think it would be worth the trip, ill see if i can make it.

First, i like the mods looks good. I have the same car, was gonna install a remote start but was curious if that viper remote starter functions as the door key as well or you carrying two key fobs?

 

It should work fine as long as you don't have pushbutton start. The only reason you would need 2 fobs is if you have pushbutton and you need the key fob in the car to start it. Of course it won't have a physical key on it so if your key has the buttons on it you will need to carry both.
