wow no spacer? looks very nice for no spacer, I guess the wider rims and offset helps create the flush look in the back. front looks good too.

Yeah I guess the low offset kinda eliminates the need for one. I would love this look just my tires probably won't allow it as of right now, that's my problem.

why'd you pick such wide tires? i never seen 260s on tC before. i hear of 225 and 235 maybe 245 on our cars.

Only because I was trying to hurry up and buy them and it was the only option CarID had with a 35 sidewall. Won't be buying from them again.

To make me feel worse I just looked today and saw I could've gotten the same wheels with the correct tire size for less.

That's what I get for being impatient.

Well, I was totally expecting to be disappointed with the fitment, but boy was I wrong.

I am in love all over again.

The tires actually look much better on the car, I thought they'd be way too big and wouldn't even fit let alone look good. I guess I'll be keeping the tires.

But I will, however, still need fender work. They are pretty flush but they will rub if I go over a bump at high speed, and I will eventually be going lower and it will be necessary then.

I am so stoked to finally have them on, and even more so that they are better than expected.

Picture spam -

I love this angle, so dirty. lol

Now I'll take a break to recover.

I remember his build thread. He had Megan Coilovers with Klutch SL14 18x9.5 +25 all around, no spacers. His tire specs were 225/45/18.

Wetter the better. 99% sure I've got a set of k2 Smoke/Black tails on the way from a user on here. You run into any fitment issues with them?

Yeah my driver's side has a small gap, not too noticeable though. Make sure you use your stock's gasket or glue the one it came with on.

Yep, and that's my reserve fuel tank in the cup holder. Stores my 150 octane for when I race those Koeniggsegg's.

Alrighty, I finally installed my Viper alarm/remote start yesterday. It's nice but man that sucked. If you ever want to install something like that yourself, you better be damn brave and know what you're doing. There were upwards of a million wires.

But hey, peace of mind + the ability to warm up the car when it's cold (every once in a blue moon here) = happy Jake

Also, later this week I might be getting some pretty sick interior pieces, and I've also got the most badass shift **** in the world on it's way now.

Off topic, now that I've gotten somewhat comfortable putting the pedal to the floor, I've realized my exhaust needs to be louder.
Headers soon maybe.

Lastly, I got a pretty sick pic with my Scikotics fam at a meet last night
Meets like this remind me how awesomely good the sound system is in these cars, and I don't even have a sub yet.

This week is the week of the interior! I got 2 things, first, an awesome little shift **** from Sickspeed. They call it the knuckle buster.

But that's only the small part. I traded most of my interior pieces with a friend for his carbon fiber pieces. Yeah, REAL carbon fiber skinned interior panels.

I now love my interior but of course it's still not done.

That's it for the car but I now have another hobby -

This here is my new HPI Sprint2Sport R/C car. I bought it from a guy that didn't use it but had it heavily customized. Full carbon fiber chassis, Traxxas ECU, a ton of bodies and 2 controllers. It's got drift wheels so it is a beast at drifting. I will be taking it to shows all the time, and I also have a tC2 body on the way now that I will paint to match the car, so I can have a drifting mini-me.

Anyway, that's about it for this week, I will post pics when I have the mini-me painted and put together, but I don't really plan on buying anything soon. (I always say that, but it never happens )
