Roof visor looks pretty good, fitment doesn't look to bad either. Any more plans for the car?

Thanks. I was surprised at the fitment and the great thing is, it's cheaper than the one made for the tc2. However, I believe the tc2 is a bit longer. As far as plans for the car is (not in any particular order):
1. Wheels, deciding on Work Equips or Work Miesters in 18s
2. Some sort of suspension upgrade, maybe some coils or bag the car with a nice setup, nothing crazy. I say bag because, my parents drive the car too and don't want the coil drive to be stiff for them.
3.Some engine modifications
4. TRD Brakes
5. Clazzio Leather Seats and Redline goods leather pieces
6. Redline tuning Hood Struts
7. Custom headlights built by a friend of mine at IconicDesignz
8. Enjoy the car as much as I can

Personal recommendation is a ddm hid kit 4300 or 5k. The tc2 has projectors, right?

Looks great - I saw one today and I think it's a close match between this one and the RS7. I like the kit on the RS8 better, but the yellow just POPS on the RS7. Much luck to you and your build and I look forward to seeing it with the mods you listed.

Get the Honda SC2000 Short antenna from your local Honda dealer... 23 bucks.

It does but they are halogen projectors not hid projectors. I don't want a cheap kit like the ddm kit. So I am going with my personal favorite Morimoto 5000k 35 watt

Thanks! I hope I can accomplish everything in my list and take my time as well.

Do a google search on SC2000 antenna. It's a direct fit, just screws right on the stock scion tc mount and has great reception. Many people prefer it over cheaper aftermarket antenna's and it looks great.

Running DDM Slim Ballast HID's on my car, took me a long time to decide, 80 bucks for two sets, not sure what you mean about cheap/quality but I will tell you mine work perfect! 12 Days shipping after ordering from DDM. I put a set in the low beams and kept the 2nd set for spare just in case. The ballasts have good weight to them and the connectors and cables are excellent. Personally I don't think spending more money on another brand is going to get you any better of an HID kit. Mine work perfect on the TC, no flicker, start up every time, do not get hot or anything and are plenty bright! I also ordered the mounting base/bracket with them which worked perfect for where I mounted them.

The antenna looks good. The DDM kit is a nice kit, don't get me wrong but after awhile the color of the starts to wash away after a little while and the ballast takes a long time to warm up, compared to the Mishimoto or MATSU____A ballasts. It's just what I have seen from my times of retrofitting

Interesting on the DDM kit. How long was the kit installed before you noticed the slight color change on the bulbs and the longer warm up time on the ballasts?

I'm sure the bulbs over time will lose some intensity but I expect this would happen with any HID Bulb. Same with the ballasts, what time frame did you notice this? Was it after a year or two? Just wondering what kind of longevity they have, I don't expect them to last forever...

I think I saw mine lose color in about a year and the warm up time is longer from the day you get it. This is how fast the Morimotos warm up

How long ago did you buy them? I'm willing to bet they were the full size older DC ballasts vs the new AC Digital Ballasts which are supposed to be better, less fluctuation in voltage, longer bulb life etc. Anyway, no warm up time on mine at all since day one, no loss of intensity or color so far so I'm completely satisfied with them.

I bought them a year ago. Had them on my previous car. If your satisfied with them, then that's great but personally I just feel like Morimotos are a lot better than DDM. I am however going to get these headlights retrofitted by a friend, since he is eager to get his hands dirty. So maybe some FX-R 3.0s or maybe some TSX projectors or even step up to a dual projector setup on each headlight. With dual Xb LED halos and demon eyes.

Nice products, expensive. 18 month warranty, not bad. Definitely post up your results and photo's after you get everything done.

If anyone that has the stock intake pipe laying around, please let me know. I need it for some mock up pieces of a custom intake. I could buy the pipe or if you are willing to let me use it for a little bit, that would be great. PLease PM me
