Updated the name of the thread.... Seeing how 22 has always been my lucky/favorite number I feel it is only fitting that my Tc will now be known as Project 22. Oh yea and on a side note..... GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!

Looking for some opinions here.... these are the two options I am looking at for rims. Now I wont be ordering them in the next few weeks and possibly not for a while but I was wondering what other people thought.
The first option I saw that I liked not only for the look but to also stick with TRD are the black TRD rims.
The second option that I came across and I think would look really nice are the TSW Jarama rims. Chrome lip with black also they come in different offsets so I would have a slightly deeper lip in the rear:
I would really like to hear what other peoples thoughts are about them

i actually like the 5 spoke TRDs...i just like the 5axis better
i personally dont like the allen wrench look going around the rim, but thats just me
i had a chance to get 4 used TRDs/tires for like $200...but they are the silver ones with the holes(?) in the spokes. so i decided to save my money on new 5axis

The TRD wheels look kinda boring if you ask me... It seems like you are just paying extra for the TRD logo on your wheels.
But if those are your only choices then get the TRD over the TSW rims. If the TSW didn't have that allen wrench look around it then I would take those over TRD.

Well I'm not limited to only those and I will look at more options as I decide its time to buy. As far as the specs on the TRD rims ill have to look when I'm home from work and on a computer.

This update will show when I added my factory style spoiler. I think they really had a good idea with that spoiler it makes the car look a lot different. My comparison is that wing on my Tc is like yoga pants on a girl... that ___ just looks so sweet haha.

I am going to be ordering an intake by the end of the week.. I was always planning on doing the TRD. However I have been looking into the Injen and Weapon-R short ram intakes. I dont see much of a difference in them well short of the fact that i can save roughly $150 bucks by not doing the TRD. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. I am leaning towards doing the Weapon-R intake.

Thanks for the input guys... and the main reasoning behind deciding not to waste the extra money on the TRD was to order the NST pulley. I am also waiting to hear back from JET about the throttle body spacer they offer and if it is actually for the 2.5 and not the 2.4

This is the description from them "These JET Powr-Flo throttle body spacers use aerospace engineering combined with years of experience. The exceptional design of the bore causes the incoming airflow to actually smooth out and speed up. This creates a type of compacted air-charge that enters through the throttle body and builds pressure in the combustion chamber. This will result in an extensive gain in the midrange power band and an overall increase in fuel economy."
