The car sounds much more aggressive. I know people complain a lot bout rasp, but there's none on this car. I do feel that pull at higher rpms though

 

Yeah ive heard that too that headers make it sound terrrriibbblleee got a sound clip? or video?

 

Not right now. I still have the stock exhaust so I'm gonna wait till I get a new cat-back exhaust. Descendant or Tsudo? Ugh I can't decide!

 

Personally I think the descendant sounds good but which tsudo?

Tsudo S2 Cat-back. I thought that was the only Tsudo exhaust currently being made for the tC?

 

Well I have a 1G tC so I'm not sure about the 2G but I thought there was like a N1 or something else like that but I think the descendant looks better

Descendant exhaust is ~$600. That's A LOT of money for an exhaust!

 

Yeah I know...I still wish for a trd exhaust for mine but I just don't have that $$$ right now haha

Isn't there a difference between the tC1 and tC2 in terms of headers and rasp? with the tC2 having less or no rasp with a header?

From what i hear on youtube there may be rasp from the Tsudo and other similar catbacks. I hope the TRD axleback has no rasp with an aftermarket header, because that's what I want to get haha!

So your car sounds good with the header and stock exhaust? deeper or louder than stock?

 

Louder and quite a bit deeper with the stock exhaust. Keep in my mind you will lose some power down low and gain a nice pull up top. Kind of like a mini-VTEC feeling.

Now that I'm hearing some clips with Tsudo exhaust, I think I'll just save up the extra $ for the descendant one.

how do u like the weapon r header? does it work well, good power increase? did you have to heat wrap it do too melting parts in the engine? thanks looking to buy the header and wanted to know how it is

 

I love it. Makes a noticeable difference in power and sound. It should be the first mod to the exhaust system.

Concerning heat wrapping, anything you do to your header to keep heat from transferring to other areas of your engine bay, is ultimately "locking" the heat inside the header, and increasing the likelyhood of the metal cracking or breaking.

 

Megan all the way I had it loved the sound got rid of it to do a custom exhaust for my build

But the descendant is so sexy.....

 

There isn't anymore descendant exhausts being made. They were cancelled. So were the turbo kits.
