So the greens gone and she'll soon be going mostly back to stock for the winter since she is my daily! (61,000 and counting) Mods since last up date Ingen short ram intake (nice sound but sucks a lot of hot air.... needs heat shield) and a Ralco short throw shifter (I LOVE THIS haha not only does it look much better it no longer shifts like a truck!) And for your viewing pleasure a quick video I made on my day off!

As far as exact weight i don't recall but I installed it myself with one hand holding the hood and one putting in bolts haha so its pretty light! And yes it has a normal latch! I was also concerned on wether i would need them or not!

So just like everyones knows right before winter is the best time to buy rims! You can rock them for a few weeks then take them off and stare at them for the next 5 months! Ok time to get to the real stuff! I'm not going to lie I hated these rims at first... but I picked them up with the tires for $600 so I can't complain! They've really grown on me over the past few week and I'm extremely glad I got them. Although, Im now %100 sure I will need to go lower in the spring, so now its time to start saving up for coils!
They're Yoshihara Champion rims and the fronts are 18x9 with a 15mm offset with 225/40r18's and there rears are 18x10 with a 15mm offset with 235/40r18's
Here is a little shoot I did with my friends Forester xt!
If you want more photos or if you want to see some of the South Dakota car scene look up my photography page Soo Dak Productions on Facebook!
And here's a pretty neat long exposure shot out in the Black Hills!

So the cold months have had me stuck up inside, so I've been busy with little projects here and there. Now it's time for an update!
You have to break it down to rebuild it!
First up headlights!
Ill give you the finished product first! I decided with my extensive free time that I'd go the custom route with these halos! After a few youtube videos and a trip to Lowes I got cracking!
First up was cutting, heating, and molding these curtain wands into rings! Then you have to cut some slits to refract the light from the led's. You also have to drill a few holes for the led's to sit!
Then wire them up and place aluminum tape on the back side to reflect more light out.
Next up Im really into the battle/track stance look so CANARDS! Ive been receiving many comments on either side about canards but there are holes in my bumper so they're staying! (plus I love them haha).
Now Ive never been a big fan of these rims but I got a crazy deal on them soooo......
I wanted to powder coat them and I still may but I figured if I didn't like it there's no going back! So I opted to dip them and I love how they turned out!
Now For The Finished Product You've All Been Waiting For!
So now I'm waiting on more low! Tax return should be here in a few weeks then to the ground she goes! Fenders are already rolled and waiting! And to top it all off a racing solutions duck bill spoiler! Then in the future some kind of cat or axle back and possibly fitting an s2k or evo diffuser!

Can you post up a video and maybe some under car pics of how you did your exhaust. Been leaning real heavy to doing this too even before I saw your thread (which I love btw).
Keep pushing the limit dude. Enjoying it more than the typical bolt on and Lowes lip kits.
Great work my friend!
