Also doing this to keep track of my plans for it. i'll take all the feedback i can get haha, also thank you for looking.

thank you, i was surprised to see how easy it is to mod it compared to my teg, thought a 2014 would have been a pain.
i think their are others but if not im down with being the first haha.
I liked the MGM best and with colored wheels that id want. currently stuck on what i want.
thinking im just going to rock trd springs due to roads where i am and 9-9.5 with offset of around +30 to +25

what color wheels are you going for?
I am having a tough time deciding what wheel color looks best for MGM. I wanted to try aluminum or black color on the enkei rims I want to get.

Color I'm thinking purple or possibly like green. I'm going to start with plasti dip until I'm sure then I'll powder coat.

I like the xxr 522 and the rota grids.

Springs are another thing I'm back and forth on. TRD is a decent little drop and about same ride quality but wouldn't mind a little lower.

sounds like an interesting wheel color choice haha! a bit too flashy and radical for me but that is your car. plasti dip is a good choice to start with.

i was thinking about Tein H Tech springs since they get a little lower in the back but only slightly. i do not know how uncomfortable they will make the car though. The big concern with springs for me is ride comfort and possibility of them making awkward noises. just install them correctly w/o breaking anything and you should be good

A lot of people love S techs because they want to go low. they are the lowest well-known option right now. that is if you dont want to go with coilovers which do get expensive. $700 even for used ones.
Also do not cut your springs as i hear that just makes your ride and handling quality go way down.

How soon are you planning to lower your car?

Well I went from a silver integra with white buddy clubs and purple rims. I'm ready for flashy haha.

Ride comfort and clearance is big to me too. My integra was to the point the ride sucked and clearing anything around here was a joke, had to raise it to stop replacing lips.

Well I could go out tomorrow and buy TRD but I want to do more research to see if that's what I want. My boss has a 2013 in the same color on TRD springs so I think I'm going to pull up next to him and see the difference now that his have had time to settle in.

Nice choice for the sub...I'm a JL snob myself lol. I hope you're running it with a JL amp

Once my dad buys his new one I will be. Running one that I had in a closet for now. Next but for the audio will be the JL for the doors since they have a nice three speaker set up (price hurts but worth it). And a new headunit, the 2014 stock is ok unless you want to eq your set up.

Out of all my subs the JL is my favorite.

^ this is very true.

on a side note i got my first ding to my car tonight. my mom was careless and just swung my door wide open and slammed it into the wall of my carport, very little messed up but did chip the paint but cant really tell if you aren't looking for it, though washing it will make me sad.

So this is an odd question but it's been bugging me. a few nights ago my friend and I were lookin at my tc and it was/seemed much lower than stock. My finger barely fit in the gap but the next day it was magically back to normal. I'm on stock set up and it was parked in the same spot as the picture above and I always park there, I'm there now and it's normal.

Has anyone had their tc do that before?

wow that is odd, never heard of that. maybe the shocks failed one day and then magically went back up the next day?

or maybe you had a lot of heavy stuff in your car. junk in the trunk? heavy groceries?
My car obviously rides lower when i have a couple hundred pounds of water in the trunk after costco.

i'd blame it on the people then. what was about the combined weight of the people and you? if it was a lot which it likely was, maybe the shocks freaked out and stayed lowered for a while after the people left. that's the only thing i can think of. i dont think springs would have locked up somehow on turns and then straightened out by the next day with the lighter load, but that's another possibility.

390-maybe less total for the three of us.
i have never had that happen in my teg even with blown shocks haha, and when it had stiff suspension that thing didnt do it either, thats why i am confused about it. maybe i just have a defect.
