Default question about lowering Tc2

Hi everyone. Im thinkking about lowering my 2012 tc but im very concerned about the ride quality. I remember when i had a celica and i lowered it..it was a disaster. It looked very very good! i mean i had that babe up there! but man it was a headache to drive it! But we all know that the Tc is very confy and the seats help a lot but for those who already lowered them..how much does that change? Is it really bad or it stays slightly the same?

I dont kno much about about which way is best to lower the Tc and save money but the best way to do it without killing much of the comfort is what im looking for.
thanks in advance!

I have the TRD springs and I love them. I live in the sticks so I don't have very nice roads to drive on. I bottomed out more times on stock springs than on TRD. As for ride comfort it's slightly stiffer than stock but it's better in every aspect. The car feels more connected to the road and you feel the bumps but they don't toss the car around like on stock springs. Also the handling was an improvement and has a lot less body roll in turns. The springs are also plug and play and are made specifically to work with the suspension. My opinion is the TRD springs give just enough drop to equal out form and function for a daily driven car

Default TRDs

TRD springs are the way to go on the TC2. I had mine installed when I bought my 2011. The only thing I would add to the comments above is that I have never had a problem bottoming out, hitting curbs, or the like. A great real world suspension upgrade.

I have S-techs, ride quality isn't bad unless you live in a very bumpy area, which then you feel every bump.

Form > function is what I always say! It can be a little more rough, but depends on the springs, roads, rims, etc.
