You will always get the bashing on the internet…but consider you audience. The average intelligence of an American is an 8th-grader…a 13-year old! I agree that everybody deserved to be treated with professional courtesy, but respect is something that is earned and not handed out. With that said, the internet is a sort of cheap Consumer Reports and if a company puts out an inferior product, this is a way of getting the word out. You’ve had some glitches…you got the fodder off of that.

Here we go! Brace is now live with more photos to come! Price is set to 75 dollars...This was the prototype so the bar will be a seamless piece( notice the weld on the left side of the bar) and some updates will be made to allow the customer easier access for install! Ted is currently testing out the braces effects on handling and I am sure he will give some input on his impressions driving with it![IMG]https://www.scionlife.com/forums/Name: NewBracetc2.jpg

Also remember later we will be releasing the connecting brace that will attach the two braces together forming the "Z"...

They don't make the X any more. They do make a trunk brace and a C pillar brace

Is it just me or does this look like some is just making them in their garage with parts from the local hardware store and selling them as if they are actually doing something other than looking like a homemade brace

I've been out to Tb performance parts. Danny and Evan are cool guys and they know what they are doing. The braces make a huge difference. I have to take mine out sometimes for work and the car handles completely different without the parts. Don't bash it until you've tried it!

I was there to give them a hand. None of those guys there are engineers, so I thought I’d give them a helping hand...spent half a day of my precious Christmas vacation showingthem how to make a mid chassis brace...and no results as of yet! Nothing...Ifeel like I've wasted my time there.

Maybe they are in the works, you may have not wasted your time. Just give them some time. not everything happens on your schedule man

How much time do they need? I can build one in less than one day and they can't finish one in 46 days...I don’t know…that’s not much of a schedule. It's not my schedule!

Although I never agree with 2tC, I do agree with him here. They had plenty of time, and do not reply to posts on the thread about the new brace or updates, yet they will post here about some nonsense.

I have tb performance parts on my fr-s, the car handles great and the guys were super cool to work with.
Idk why you guys are bashing, their site shows that they have a mid chasis brace now for the tc2
