Default Wheel Color for Magnetic Gray

I'm a little behind the power curve, but I had the same thought as donsun regarding painting my wheels. Only, with the Magnetic Gray and red calipers, I was thinking gold rims... I don't have photoshop to do up the rims, but here's my car and a pic from the tirerack.

I said gold earlier but I don't think gold will look as nice on the magnetic gray.

I think silver will look clean on the magnetic gray.

thought i would help out...not my best work...but good enough for a quick look (first pic is stock, the rest follow as the poll does)

...i'm not sure if i really captured the "glossy black" look...

after looking at it....i'd either go with black for a subtle look or gold for a poppin' look

KidJustin: Thanks for the photoshop work. I was leaning toward gold, but actually seeing it, I think I like the black...

And for those of you asking for chrome, have you seen paint chrome ever look good? I haven't. Not saying the polished/chrome look would be bad, but I'm sure not good enough with a rattle can to make it look right.

One other note, I'm leaning away from anything gray/silver mainly because it's going to look pretty much like the wheels do now. I like gun metal, and may do that when I buy new rims, but not really inclined to paint them that color.

I painted my spare a couple days and tonight, I'm going to see what peeling off the plasti dip involves...

I have the same color car and thinking of something simple. Either Black and Red with pin stripe, or a darker Grey with yellow pin strips. Here is a quick MSPAINT job that I done. As in like 2mins lol.

all requests...

and MightyP..........dont do chrome

also, dont go with the poll...just go with what you like

with that said i would go with black...but thats just my opinion to help u decide

if u had to ask anyone to decide...ask ur little girl...obviously from ur avatar she already has good taste in cars and you will probably get the best results fro her!
