Default Please check out my custom dual tone Scion XA!

Hi guys and gals, just would like to share with you our Scion XA which have been modded inside out. The car has been painted dual tone, orange and matt-black. We made the body kit custom in house. It has a wider front fenders, custom roof scoop, custom carbonfiber hood, custom air brush, custom carbonfiber rear spoiler, custom one piece center console, etc. Please leave some comments, thank you. By the way, the car is kinda old. It has looked that way since 2004, and has won some trophies from National Auto Shows in Indonesia. Cheers.

Here is a picture of my Civic EK undergoing a major modification. The whole body is rebuilt using sheet metal, except for bumpers and side skirts which are made of fiberglass. Comments would be appreciated. Cheers.

sorry bro, looks awful.. front end looks way too big for the car and doesn't flow at all, too many graphics, don't go together. be better with just the two tone paint. congrats on finishing it though....

It's okay. Apparently we can't satisfy everyone. Everybody has their own taste. Thank goodness, there are more people who can appreciate my work than those who don't.

I'm just wondering, you think my car looks awful, doesn't flow at all. Could you point to me, which part exactly doesn't flow? I studied Transportation Design at Pasadena Art Center before and to me, the body kit does flow. So please give me your expert advise as how to make the car flows better. Have you ever built a car by yourself, by the way? It's not as easy as it seems. And in a National competition, your chance of winning trophies will be very slim without graphics. Unless your car has some really wicked body kit, then you don't need a graphic. Here is a sample of my other kit without graphics.

i just gave my thoughts. don't post up here and then wine about what people say. the graphics look tacky, you have two different styles on the same car. the ones on the fiberglass in the trunk don't go with the setup. I don't like it. sorry mr. professional designer.

those two cars are sick. to me they look super smooth and clean. so on those you did an amazing job. i am not trying to put you down on the effort you put into the xa because I and everyone can tell it is more custom work than most people will put into their car.

Actually I don't mind people giving me negative feedback, as long as they give positive explanation on how to improve my work. Not just saying bad things without any explanation whatsoever. What you said is true, re. the airbrush in the trunk. I didn't quite like it myself, it's too dark. I would prefer to put silver paint instead of the black one, combine with some red suede. Anyway, the car was built that way in 2003 and I don't intend to change it. Now I'm just working to build my old Civic EK. We build custom body kits and custom sticker graphics in Indonesia. Are you working for a speed shop or something? We have made the graphics for the HKS Demo car, KIA Demo cars, we sponsored the Team Goddard Formula 3 car (Covered the whole body with white vinyl), and custom works for customers' cars.

I don't see differing styles on the xA that he had originally posted. There are tribal designs on the fiberglass and CF, as well as a dragon theme integrated into both of them also.

ZeroYon, would it be possible to see a picture taken closer to the hood? I'd be interested in taking a closer look at it.

I think it flows quite well, it def looks very aggressive and sharp. Its a show car, of course its gona be over the top, some people people just doesn't like breaking out of the usual mold.
