UPDATE!
Just to let you guys know. They must have this happen quite often. They are very good at there BS and I do not think I will get my money back unless I take it to my Lawyer and we all know it's not worth that unless it's a class action suite
I am gonna report it to the bank and such and let it go (try).

i checked their website a couple of months ago, filled out everything short of giving my cc details. they emailed me several times to finish the process. they even called me to let me know about their services and would need my credit card to go further. Suffice to say, i ended the car right there.
in the future you might want to do a search on the forums as that's how i learned carsponsors.com is a scam and happily did not go any further with them.

It hard to always search sometimes you think you have stumbled apon a great deal, 95% of the time there is a catch. Oh well Visa should do their thing and you will have your money back soon enough.
