06 xA headlight adjustment help!
Hey, I recently put some HIDs in my xA. They're pointing pretty far down and I need to adjust the angle upwards slightly, but I can't find anywheres online or In my owners manual, on how to do so. Please help. Thanks

look straight down on the headlight housing, almost all the way on the back of it, near the top, and there should be a big plastic phillips head screw. use that to adjust the up/down. the one way at the bottom of the housing is for left/right.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
be very careful when you do this. i was adjusting mine a couple weeks ago after installing projectors, and broke the adjuster. and unfortunately, just the adjuster cant be fixed/replaced. you have to buy a brand new headlight. so be careful, they seem to be very flimsy.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please please please dont be an ___ with the lights. using just HIDs really messes everything up, for everyone. the reflector in the headlights arent meant for them, just halogen lights, so your lights will be shining everywhere! blinding almost everybody else on the road. so keep them as low as you safely can, please. and i hope you chose a decent temperature, like 4300k (the temp cars with hids/projectors from the factory use), or 5000k, which is very close. they will not only look better (in my opinion), but also give the best light penetration. having really yellow or blue lights might seem cool to some people, but its just annoying/stupid/more-likely-to-draw-attention-from-police, since the legality is kind of in a gray area.
