Default 06 xA interior water leak

Recently, since the fall rains have come, my xA has prang some sort of leak. What happens is when I go around a sharp/long corner (the 4 leaf clover entrance/exit ramps on freeways) after there had been rain, water starts pouring into the foot well on BOTH the driver and passenger side. More so on the driver side though. Also when I turn on the fan to HI/medium hi and have it blasting on the feet (to dry the water) you can hear the water sloshing around somewhere.

I'm not under warranty anymore so i would like to solve this one by myself. Has anyone else had this problem? All i could find was something about the AC condensation leaking on the passenger side, but i'm not running the AC.

Thanks!

sounds... terrible. i know i'm missing a plug underneath the carpet so when the water gets too high i'll have damp carpet, but i've never heard of whats happening to you, short of being submerged.

Get under the passenger side below the heater area and there should be a hose hanging down just above the right front suspension if it is anything like the xB. It is the heater box drain and it is probably clogged with dust and mud so poke a wire in it and watch for lots of water draining out once you open up the clog. It is where the puddle of water comes from when you run the A/C in the summer time. Also check for leaves blocking the vent area under the hood in the wheel wells under the windshield lower corners. Have you checked your cabin filter yet? Behind the glove box.
