Default Funny sounds from my xA

Well my xA is a 2005 has just over 8k miles on it. I remember reading on these forums while I was first looking for my xA about how people were having a strange ticking noise coming from their tires, but when they took it to the dealer they couldn't find anything wrong. Well now that it is summer and I have my windows open I am noticing this ticking noise coming from the front left tire, it is slow when I am going slow and fast when im going fast, so obviously something is rubbing while I drive, and rubbing can never been a good thing.

If anyone has an info on this noise before I decide to rush to the dealer please let me know

Thanks!
Ill

Do you have aftermarket hubcaps or rings? Those will make a ticking noise. My full metal discs make that ticking noise. If you are running stock, I dont know, maybe a gravel in the tire tread or a nail?

Only aftermarket part I have is a K&N Typhoon short ram cold air intake, ive checked the treads already everything looks fine, also when im going about 25 the speed of the ticking changes.
example:
tick....tick....tickticktick....tick..tick.....ticktickticktick.

kinda jumps all over the place like that

I just read yesterday a thread on here that was explaining that it is normal to hear a ticking if you have a cold air intake. Can't remember the thread, but I'm sure you can find it if you search for it.
