Default Has this ever happen to your XA ?

I was driving to work this morning while all of a sudden when I was making a left turn, the moment I tap the brakes the front left wheel started squeeking loudly, and continued to squeek even when I lefted my foot of the brakes. So I pulled over right away. Looked at the front wheel...didn't see anything out of ordinary.
I put the car in reverse and it made an even louder noise like something was stuck. Then the noise dissapeared.
It really sounded like something was stuck in the brakes, anyone knows what caused it?

Thanks in advance for any answers or advice

Check your rotors, It may have caught a rock or something, if it has a groove on the disk you prolly did.
otherwise I wouldn't worry unless it happens again

I had a brake pad come unbonded on my Mazda 4X4 a few years ago and when it got caught up under the other pad, locked up my brakes, but that was on a drum brake system. I'd be parked at the dealership shop tomorrow morning if I were you and have them check it out.
