They work fine and are easy to install, make sure you get hub spacers that go behind the brakes not wheel spacers. Check out onetongarge.com they have them!

I'm in the same boat. I want the rear wheels to be flush or even stick out a little past the fender...

Does anybody have any pics of someone using 25mm hub spacers i nthe back and 5mm on the front? for a wider stance

+1 Definitely make sure to go with HUB spacers. They're super easy to install too, I did both in the rear in a 1/2 hour.

Also, Van (from onetongarage.com) doesn't have any hub spacers in stock I know because I tried buying some recently. However, I lucked out because Randode (I think his website is randode.com) still makes them and they're a lot less expensive. I would suggest that you contact him or visit his website. It only took 4-5 business days for me to receive my set after I ordered. Also, they definitely make the car look better, at least for obsessive people like me. Then again I did pay $50 for the spacers for maybe it's a plecebo effect. Either way, I love them and I highly recommend them.

I was never obsessive about my looks until I started visiting this forum.
I had to order mine too since my rear wheels are tucked in just enough to annoy me.

Most of the hub spacers are 10mm,this will make the wheels sit even in appearance to the fender. Most of the wheels for fwd cars are around +42to +45mm offset if you want them to be flush you need get a wheel with more offset...here is a pic of my car with a 18x9 inn the rear with +20mm offset no spacers.

This setup also requires some modification to the rear fenders!

I had to roll my rear fenders. they still rub a little with 3 people in the car ...soon i will be cutting the entire flange from the rear fender area.
You can do like a 10mm hub spacer and a 10mm wheel spacer =20mm keep in mind the studs are only about 12mm long so you will need to change them too.

rear shims=hub spacers, and i think someone already mentioned that onetongarage doesn't have them right now, but they can be found at randode.com.

15x7 DR16 with 1.25 INCH spacers on rear and 10mm w/longer wheel studs on front.
Have driven on this setup (TenzoR sport springs) for last 120K miles and handles good...even mounted 195/60-15 tires.

I wanted to buy my xA back in late '05/early '06...by the time I actually had the $$ to buy my xA black cherry wasn't an option anymore.
Oh well, the RS3 stingray metallic + body kit really grew on me.
